6th Annual Chincoteague Cultural Alliance Plein Air Paint Out

The 6th Annual Plein Air Paint Out is coming up on the on the weekend of September 11th & 12th, 2009 on Chincoteague Island Virginia. Over 40 artists will spend 2 days capturing the wonders of Assateague and Chincoteague Islands "en plein air", that is, outdoors and in the moment.

On Saturday evening the 12th, the freshly framed results will be on exhibit at the Paschal Hall of St. Andrew’s Church at 6278 Church Street. The art exhibition and sale includes a reception and is free and open to the public from 6 to 10pm.
