About Acrylic Prints

Acrylic Print with Mounting Posts

Mounting Option #1

Acrylic Print with Hanging Wire

Mounting Option #2

Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of an acrylic print.   Your image gets printed directly onto the back of a 1/4" thick sheet of clear acrylic.

The image is the art - it doesn't get any cleaner than that!

All acrylic prints ship within 3 - 4 business days and arrive "ready to hang" with four aluminum mounting posts (Option #1) or hanging wire (Option #2).

The high gloss of the acrylic sheet complements the rich colors of any image to produce stunning results.

There are two different ways to mount your acrylic print.

Option #1 (Mounting Posts) - Attach your print to your wall with four aluminum mounting posts.   The cylindrical cap of each mounting post can be removed, allowing you to thread a small screw along the center axis of the of post and into the wall.   When you're finished, simply reattached each cap, and you're done.   The mounting posts act as stand-offs and keep your print separated from the wall by 1".   All of the required mounting hardware (i.e. posts, screws, and wall anchors) is included with your print.   Click here for mounting details.

Option #2 (Hanging Wire) - With this option, your acrylic print is attached to a 1/4" thick black board which has a wooden frame and hanging wire attached to the back.   There are no metal mounting posts at the corners.   Simply put a nail in your wall, hang your print from the hanging wire, and you're done.   Due to the thickness of the black board and mounting frame, your print is separated from the wall by 1.50"   Click here for mounting details.

Product Review Image

I purchased a 72x44 acrylic print expecting expressive clarity and structural integrity. What I received was a luminous front paired with a flexible, exposed paper backing—undermining the very logic of acrylic as a medium. For $300 in shipping, I expected a sealed, rigid artifact—not a compromised build that has the ability to warp when you're moving it around. I previously have bought acrylic paintings from FAA and have always received front and back sealed item. Even in bigger pieces but more portrait than landscape. If I would have known this one would be Acrylic the image right behind it in an exposed back, I would have purchased the metal variation. Lose a little bit of color but have the color pop with the metal but at least made sure to have the back backing so that I can hang out. Since I was already paying $300 for shipping, I don't really see a reason why they couldn't put a thin sheet of acrylic basic non-fancy behind it while still drilling the floater mount. Especially when the packaging had more than enough space for it that it was even warping inside the box. Does it look good? Visually of course, but I feel like the rug was pulled underneath me and nobody contacted to say hey: The back is going to be exposed so that I could choose something else like the metal frame or go with the order. The other thing I notice that it seemed like every time I buy a painting, I select one thing and they put something else in my Lucifer in the Dark painting which is also a very big one in portrait mode I selected hanging wire but acrylic. I was sent a French cleat I think it's called no Big Deal just a different way to hang it The same thing that took place with this image. The only difference with Lucifer in the dark is that they added acrylic front and back. And then added the French clean. But in something like this that had floater mount like the roses there's no reason they couldn't seal the acrylic behind it with Basic non fancy acrylic. It seems like based off what you buy in the size it constantly changes, and nobody ever reaches. If you buy anything above the not popular one (size wise) back/style changes.

Product Review Image

I really like this picture. I bought the acrylic version and wasn't sure what to expect. I ended up getting a specific type of backing. Very similar to an acrylic both front and flat back but with the addition of a different type of hanger that wasn't selectable one that grabs onto the wall for grip. Completely makes it invisible on the wall. I like it a lot. It was my first time buying and wasn't sure what to expect. I think metal would have looked better here. But I'm happy with the acrylic The picture is very reflective because I don't have it on the wall yet and it's angled where there's a ton of light. But I had it previously on the wall where there's less flight and it looks nice. Either way this picture I think metal would look incredible. Acrylic for darker images a semi too. Reflective. The only thing I would say is maybe tag images with what what the people selling the image think would work better based off color or darker images but obviously allow people to buy whatever they want.
